US Macroeconomics and Policy Analysis in Turbulent Times’ with Stephen Miran, Co-Founder of Amberwave Partners, Former Senior Advisor of Economic Policy at the US Department of Treasury

Date: Thursday, June 15

Time: 12pm to 1pm ET

The global pandemic triggered an economic shock that many economists predicted would be worse than the Great Depression, only for the U.S. economy to come roaring back much faster than expected. As a senior advisor for economic policy at the U.S. Treasury during those turbulent times, Stephen Miran will share his views on the lessons learned from such a unique series of events. Miran will also offer his expectations for the US economic outlook amid the sharpest monetary tightening cycle since the 1970s and his perspective on DC policymaking as an asset manager.

Please Note: The link to the webinar will come in the ticket email. If you do not receive a ticket email or the event link by 11am the day of the event, please contact the NEC for that or any other questions at manager@national-economists.org.
