NEC Webinar with Steven Kelly, Associate Director of Research, Yale Program on Financial Stability

Steven Kelly will discuss the strengths and weakness of the US financial system through the lens of the Banking Crisis of 2023 and some of the potential reforms being considered. He is also looking forward to audience questions on whatever financial/markets stability questions they are thinking or wondering about.

As the Associate Director of Research at Yale’s program for educating the world’s financial authorities on crisis management tools and author of the blog Without Warning, Steven is one of the world’s foremost experts on financial stability and systemic risk. Steven will highlight reforms to make US financial markets and banks more dynamic and resilient.

About our Speaker:

Steven Kelly conducts and manages research on financial stability and financial crisis management at the Yale Program on Financial Stability (YPFS). His work focuses on financial crises and systemic risk in the United States, and he is the author of the popular finance blog, Without Warning.
