9/3 NEC Webinar: ‘The Future of Office Space Post-COVID-19: A Nuanced Approach’ – Victor Calanog, Moody’s Analytics

September 3, 2020 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm

With the COVID-19 crisis forcing employers to allow staff to work from home, how will the geographic distribution, use, and design of office space evolve? Over what period of time? What principles should guide the evaluation of risks and opportunities for the office sector in the near- and long-term? In this session, Victor Calanog, who heads commercial real estate economics for Moody’s Analytics, offers his thoughts on various issues.
