This NEC webinar will focus on the consequences of the 2024 US election. Bernard Yaros will share Oxford Economics’ views on what policies will be implemented during the next presidential term and their potential impacts on growth, inflation, labor markets, and monetary policy. In addition, Election Day is poised to be a nail-biter, and Bernard will share insights from the final update of the Oxford Economics’ US presidential election model, which predicts the winner of the electoral college.

About our Speaker:

Bernard Yaros is a Lead US Economist at Oxford Economics. He was previously an Assistant Director at Moody’s Analytics, where he analyzed the U.S. economy, focusing on federal fiscal policy. His work on the federal government has been widely cited by the media, members of Congress, and even the White House.

Bernard holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics and a B.A. in Political Economy from Williams College.
