Date: Thursday, February 12th

The rising use of GLP-1 drugs (Ozempic and Mounjaro) for the treatment of obesity and type 2 diabetes is significantly altering consumer purchasing behaviors for food and alcohol. In this session, we will look at trends in the usage of GLP-1 drugs, changes in food purchasing and dietary intake preferences on GLP-1 drugs, and how the food industry and restaurants are responding to address these shifts in consumer preferences.
